Hello, dear friends!

I have 3650. I flashed russian in it for my client. It worked ok, I tested it. After two days client brought it back to me. Now it powers on, shows "Nokia" and hangs. Keyboard not works and it doesn't power off.

I tried the following:
1. Flashed ok (with and without factory defaults after flashing)
2. Factory defaults ok.
3. Format user area ok.

My Griffin is:
V2.44 BoxID:EF8A
ACTIVATED BOX

What can I do else?
