I just mentioned I always look for dead HTC´s.

I try my own methods to repair. Later I sell these.

it´s a kind of business.
Soon will put more then 10 units for sale here on forum, for internacional sales.

You apparently "killed" the bootloader. Not sure if there´s a real solution for this or cheaper then buy pcb board for 200usd.
For what I know, software can´t help you by now, since there´s no signal from unit.
