Hi,im having a problem.........

i've put in my sim and it's asking for "enter network unlock pin"...I enter the code u sent it says 'unlock successful' then proceeds to the main screen with 'no service' showing then when i hit any key the screen goes black with a spinning logo and the words "unlocking SIM card...." after 30 sends it times out goes into standby, hitting a phone key brings back the main screen and 'no service' and the same thing happens again over and over....the phone was brand new un-opened..... i'm stumped...any ideas? or can these not be unlocked???
