yes right! you have installed right software. connect your player if it shows drive then you are ready to flash.
1.open upgrade tool in utilities 4.10
2.open your device and chek the firmware on main ic.
3.search in google that exact file( do not flash with wrong otherwise your device will dead)
4.Download that firmware and upgrade with the file.
