1)u cant log on to support area..as,support site server is down now..check the sticky thread..always!!
2)"none authorise software"..just try to reinstall the full setup,while trying so,its asks for " remove..repair..install" do "repair"..u will succed.
note:
most important,always post in the right area..post in sarasoft area..
