CONNECT, then go to: Setup -> Personal Info -> Show -> Reset Activation and when the client restarts enter the code you should already have in your email. Delete all files from PENDING and FINISHED folders from the allgsmunlock folder.
Go in HISTORY, select INVALIDS then click SORT BY, do the same for STATUS, then download all the tickets you have there, clcik download for a job there, window will close, open it again and click download for another job and so on.
