Hello guys. I've got the k599. It is a dual sim wifi mobile tv. Sim cards work when are SIM1, but when are SIM2 doesn't work. At settings, dual sim is enabled. Tried the *#06# and showed me two different IMEI's.
Can this problem be solved with a software?
I am in dilemma if I should send it back or not because I find it very difficult to use (not user friendly), also it is very big.
