After reading my own instructions , I found it failed on me this time! Another way to do it to fire up nspro , press unlock. It will ask to enter *#726872#, which you do. When you press ok , it cannot find the handset . NOW turn off nspro , switch off the phone , and repower nspro.
You press unlock , and when asked to press the pc mode code, just press ok , then power on the phone as it is searching for the phone. Have done a number of them now , and seems to work ok! .Give it a try
