I've asked my reseller to replace HWKuFs Box, but he said me it is not possible.

I've installed it correctly but when I click connect, I got:
BOX_AUTH_ERROR: 1111.

Error 1111 means that your HWK and Box are not synced.
Run update client, if it say login error, click back and next again.
If it does not solve your problem, and your box is under warranty, simply ask your reseller for replacement.
