try direck unlock,get error firmware not supported.
try flashing with firmwrae on support are,get error like is:

Loading flash file...
Flash file loaded OK!
Searching for UMTS phone...
Phone detected! : COM11
Programming flash...
ERR_WRITE_TIMEOUT
Elapsed Time (01:50)

and now,when unit power on display show:
Download FactoryFS.bin again....

any solution........
