Hi every body, I hope you are all doing well!

I have a black Nokia N82

the problem is:

it restart by itself when I'm connected to the internet by GPRS
and using ebuddy and any chat application , when I get a call
or when I try to make a call it just restarts by itself

so is it Hard or soft wear problem?

I know you maybe ask me to format it(user aria), I really did format it but the same problem still
I didnt try to renew my softwear, becoz as I told I have very important things, but if someone is sure it will solve my problem I will do it

I'm waiting for your opinion
