Before replacing something you should check if it is faulty.
Better you use schmatic and Service Manual Level 4 for this problem. Also had this problem, everthing was fine except the Thosiba NAND...

Do some simple messuring at first:
C5255=2,8V
R5250=1,8V
J4944=1,8v by access
