sorry for this, we only gave update active to user who bought in november/december, all earlyer purchages need the extra activation to use all updates in 2010, and about price.. if you unlock 2 or 3 phones with the new versions you have your money back,
but as said in first posting, your not forced to it.. you can still use the 0.9.91 version
