I just bought this dongle and obviously im a new user. Everything went fine during installation and finished successfully.
But when i try to run the software im stuck on this error ....
I have read FAQ and related posts prior to installation. I even synchronized PC system date with my CMOS settings. I even uninstall/reinstall the software and restart afterwards but i think the problem is not on the software.
I tried 3 TIMES Signing Up Application but to no avail. I stil have 2 chances and i dont want to lose and make this a useless dongle .... so please help me.
I have this question in mind ....
Do I have to select first a server (anyone from the MX-Key logger Service) prior to clicking "Sign Application" like this on the following image?
I dont want to gamble on trial and error method AGAIN coz i only have 2 remaining chances and i want to make it sure the next time.
