sir i have 5800d. which setps u give to me do.. i do same setp by setp... its spend 50 credits (20 on repair + 30 on SD Calculate). but sir after all process my set goes to Contact Retailer...

you have probably bad ccc or hwc certificates, because these can also occurring same problems.
About your credits, i can not transfer those back, because there was no server side bug, and you got the data back.

so. now tell me sir.. what is my fault...

ok i am not demanding my credits back... but i need guide, how i check that my set rpl (cccc or hwc certificates) is bad..
