sir

i got two handsets of 2660b.ver is 8.25. at&t locked. i erased it using ub and flashed to 2660 6.82. then i wrote pm of 2660 and replaced the filters also.but now the problem is not getting the network.when we search it manually showing all networks.but cannot access the network.why is it so?is it hardware problem?pa problem/or any other.
