Really sorry, but if you don't know, your best option is to take the phone to a shop near you, and let them do it, once the SMTi is a professional tool, that, if you don't have, doesn't make sense to buy for a once off thing.
There is no free option to flash Sagem phones, except SWUP (if so available) and for Infineon based phones (not yours).
Sorry, but it is really better to take it to a phone shop near you.
