Hi Elco,

Please help me with this. I have this Samsung Galaxy from Bell, Canada. I tried to unlock using NS Pro latest version 5.6 and I'm getting following error. Drivers installed properly. I checked the System Manager and nothing in yellow. All installed properly. Computer recognizes the phone. Here is the phone info. Please help. Thanks!
