i found this for the 5110 at mobile.box.sk:

New Menu on Emergency Calls
*3001#12345# Brings a new menu that gives you access to the emergency calls ( 911 Etc. ). It will give you FREE calls! (only the ones you put in the emergency!! ) This option will depend on your GSM operator, may be this code will not works and you still can get the bill!
