brother i have rectifed the problem of white screen in black berry
this is due to mainly two reasons
1: software 2:hardware

> if the phone have a software problem then the phone could not receive the call as well as make the calls
> u can also verify it from the led(light emitting diode) of ur phone if it changes the color from red to green during the booting process its mean that your phone have the hardware fault otherwise the software fault
> for software fault u have to just flash the mobile phone

Hardware
>check the physical appearance of LCD connector if rusty the clean
it and also resold it.
>check the physical apperance of LCD strip if rusty then clean it gently with CTC(carbon tetrachloride)
>after above steps if the fault still remain then check the bunch resistor mounted near the processor of phone. also the tracks from these resistors to LCD connector.
>if the bunch resistors and tracks are ok then reball the processor.
u will 100% rectify the fault.
