but the question what about the old phones that you said that you support it and when we try it we find problems???.
i think you must do backtrack to old models and begin a check on all of them,,
if you want to check i will give you example:

you cant unlock or do anything with it.
i search all the forums but without success.
when i search i found the only box that support it is z3x.
i dont want to bye a new box. but if i have i will.
