Remember... this is a dual protocol phone....(CDMA +GSM)....very diffrent than a Z6
Initial Programming Required means that you need to program the NAM and PRL.
If you full flashed the phone...this means your CDMA SPC code has been reset to all 0's ....(000000).
All you need to do now ..is just program the NAM + PRL using the program Motorola RSD CDMA General.
After a successfull write...the phone will boot normally.
