hi,
you can use USPU 4.3 to flash and unlock 628 and to unlock 1018, there is a much quicker way to unlock 1018 by using fast unlocker by cage, i unlocked lots of them today but they all had the same software version, i don't know if it works with new ones but there are lots of other working Programs like Ericsson 2000 or 2001, saras and so on
