We are in Shenzhen, China, where all China phones originate. We can almost certainly provide you batteries for your M002l. But first I think it is a good idea for you confirm that the problem is with (1) the batteries, (2) the phone, (3) the charger, or (4) the cable, if the cable and charger are separated. If you experiment, you should be able to narrow down where the problem is. If you are certain which part you need, just contact me, and we'll give you a good price.
