Big problem upgrading firmware to 1.19
I've been using my box for over a year and now when I try to update the firmware to 1.19 using DBSS v3.23, this event:

when i try to update my firmware 1.18 to 1.19 that's happen:

What I can do to solve this problem? Already sent an email to [email protected]
but do not answer yet: Can you suggest something else? I have always updated the firmware without problems using internet explorer 8, I have enabled the download of ActiveX Controls.
What else can it be?
