I have got one NEKTL A200 with dead condition. Customer says he drop battery without power off. I format complete it with INFINITY and set power on and show NEKTEL and again power off. I again format it and again it show NEKTEL but again dea. So i download flash file from support and flash it but now it complete dead. I cannot find file with same version so i use this file and set get dead. So what i can do now.\
