please i need help for how to update htc ****100 touch dual
i have read all time to know but i need to arange Arrangement steps
now phone have wm 6 and i need to update to setup some application
i must make hard spl
i must flash radio
i must flash rom >>> and this my files that i have and download

hardspl-1.22-****-shipped

that is all i have ... please i need help for update and Arrangement steps
