It may be the next problems:
1. another Infinity-Box software already running - close all running Infinity-Box software module and try again
2. smart-card is not inserted well into box (card-reader) - double check that you have smart-card inserted in your box and try again
3. smart-card has bad contact with box (card-reader) - clean smart-card contacts and card-reader contacts
4. smart-card become damaged
