If you are sure that you have read and understand everything that was written in support area well but problem still exist please, follow the next instruction:
1. Run DongleManager
2. Make "Read S/N" operation
3. Copy text with full dongle details from DongleManager and send dongle details (and detailed problem description) to [email protected] so we will be able to check what is wrong.
Don't forget to include in your mail detailed information what is the problem with your dongle. |
