my 1650 in flasing stop version 5.91 due to electric faileare

after that many times i tried to retore flash but no saccess

in hwk 1650 not connected but info giving

inmxkey try many time final show this words

BAD MSid table received from phone !

WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME

ANY ONE GIVE ME SOLUTION
