Its not mtbox error, its your fault. I recommend you search forum.
Nokia 6303 Classic (RM-443) is a SL3 phone and you must check info regarding how to unlock it with mtbox.

P.S. Hide mtbox serial and phone imei before post in public forum, this is for your own security
