I still don't understand very good how you counted the pins.
This should be the the correct pinnout:
RJ45 -> UFC nr.1 connector
1 GND - 2
2 RX - 3
3 NC - not connected
4 TX - 5
5 MBUS - 4
6 RX2 - 1
7 X - not conneced
8 VPP - 6
