insert ur mx-key
2.open device manager.
3.select smart card that smart card device.
4.un install smart card driver.
5.remove mx-key and re-insert .
6.now ur computer will ask for driver
7.select driver manually from c/mobile exe/3.4/data/driver
install it ,now open ur mx-key suit
ur problem will be solve.
100% tested by me,in win xp,vista,win7.
