We have recruited more than 15 Technicians from this forum, and it’s been very good experience, but what annoys is that when someone advertise for vacancy and mention it very clearly that job is only for UK RESIDENTS / EU RESIDENTS and when you see the replies to the post, 99% ppls who apply for job will be NON UK Resident. In that case blame goes to applicant because you are not checking the requirements but just keep spamming the forum.

I understand that all of you might be highly skilled, and may be right persons for job but going through immigration process is not piece of cake. So this forum is not a JOKE but you have to read the requirements and if you are suitable for it than apply, i am sure you will get positive response.
