infinity_team_plz help_ZTE_N73_big broblem

We all know the problem that the device is
No licensed to produce

Has exhausted all attempts to repair this mobile,
I have read the latest Mobile Firmware the same type and Download
it to the mobile.And the problem persists
I've compared Engineering code
Proved the following:

chose no.6
Debug info>>
last exception
the handset is working done veiw these result:Last Exception:
Type: 5
Task: L4
time:
(9/13) 0:41
the handset which has the problem:Last Exception:
Type: FF
Task: ΫΫΫΫΫΫΫ
time:
(255/255) 255:255

can these information help us to solve these big problem?
