Sir I am a new user of MX KEy.

I came to know that your software is best for nokia. So I bought this.

After registering MX key with my Name and my email id I got a mail, but there is no user name and password.
But I found the dct4 logger option under IMEI. And it is working fine.
But
Where is bb5 logger. I want bb5 logger for Imei rebuild. On mobile Ex version 3.0 had bb5 online logger. If you don't have bb5 loger then what I will do with my bb5 100 credit. From whre I buy my MX KEY they provide me a Installer CD that containg installer and some manual video by mx key. On a video called "ASK to RPL 3110c by mx-key.avi" showing ask backup and then rpl write, is that so simple ! I am unable to upload the full video for slow internet connection but I think all new mx key user have this manual video. Just download the part of the video and explain what is this ...........

I have a software called mx - key dc4/bb5 logger v1.4b. here is the screen shot.........




It wants user name & password, but I don't know my username and pass word. Please Mr. Alim Hape answer all of my quries as soon as possible................
I am waiting for your responce, and please don not delete my post.
I think all member wants answer of this question from you.
