i8700 usb cable unlock solution:
- ##634# and press call to enter Diagnosis Menu
- *#7284# and choose "Modem, USB Diag"
- Press OK to confirm device Reboot
- Plug USB cable and install drivers.
-hare drivers
- Select i8700, select correct SAMSUNG Mobile Model Diagnostic Serial Port
- Select unlock and click Factory Mode.
- If after unlock procedure, phone still asks for code, dial 00000000
