Blaming Saras ? You get it wrong, don't be so funny man. Grown person as you should understand my words. I have here Tornado and Twister, i use SAME software and SAME cables, only problem is CHEAP and BAD extension cable and plastic adaptor. (8 pin UTP connector can't fit properly, 10 pin UTP is ok)
Each adaptor need reworking, or there is no chance to boot/detect phone.
It's a shame that this part which is cost less than 1 usd causing problems to this very good designed box and software. I hope you'll understand this, this is nothing against you, this is friendly advice. Do something with this adaptor, and your customers wil have less problems.
Because of this CHEAP component, DCTx software fails while connected on twister, which is not case with Tornado.
