Do you have the SPC? otherwise is going to be near to imposible to reprogram the phone, actually if Im not wrong the only program that can handle that phone is EMMA II which is a SonyEricsson app use a dongle and cost about $5,000.00
If you have the SPC try to change the roaming settings, if you are able to get any local provider you are in luck, otherwise you need to load a new PRL to the phone. |
