Hello Jack54 i had the same problem a few weeks ago customer came to me with a 3410 on vodafone with the original vodafone sim, it would work fine but when another vodafone sim was in the phone phone displayed sim card not accepted all i did was unlocked the fone and the sim worked. i think if you unlock your gd55 the other voda sim will work, if you dont know how to unlock it, email me your imei No by pressing *#06# or lift of the battery and look their, i will instruct you....
