bro
1st replace lcd,
2nd cheak lcd connector,
3rd cheak connector track/print(u have to need a running board,then cheak the connector,s all track)
4th some time it,s from cpu so re-ball the cpu or change cpu.

{all this options for hardwere,but u have to sure softwere are ok,in that board,if not then flash it before take this options.
