Procedure with screenshot:

Download ipad ios 4.3 HERE

Download sn0wbreeze-v2.3b3.zip

Open snowbreeze

Select your restore firmware:

Select expert mode..

Then build ipsw..

Follow procedure then snowbreeze will use ireb exploit in the last stage.

ibooty and your custom restore firmware will be extracted on your desktop

Time for restore:

boot on ibooty to open cydia (boot tethered):

Install appsync on cydia then restart..

and finally uploading apps:

Take note: 4.3 is still on tethered jailbreak
