1: put the phone in DFU mode
2: download firmware 4.0 as with new itune u cant restore with 3.1.3 or any....

pen itune press shift and restore 4.0
4: itune will give error 1015
5:use tinyumbrella to kik the phone into or out recovery mode (twice)
voila phone back to life
if u want to jailbreak .open safari enter
JailbreakMe and jailbreak ur phone
