please help me i cannot unlock this UT starcom GPRS 749
HERE IS THE LOG
COM19 [VCP5] selected
module v1.37
Device: UTstarcom-GPRS749
Action: unlock
Checking data, wait...
Boot ...
Phone should be Switched OFF !
Press Power button now !
boot version:
connecting...
error: can't run bootcode
Boot fail
error: operation failed
Finished, time used: 15 sec
Remove/Install battery now !
Any body can help me
