Software version: 1.0.1 which I see.
Please click Check For Updates button in Fenix Smart start cuz your Fenix software version is a little outdated (around half year)
After software update all files then try again.
Also you can download full installer from
www.fenix-key.com and then click Check For Updates button in fenix smart start.
