I am sure it's no need to wait 10 days.
10 days delay may be result of lost/spam e-mail only but for sure it's not a result of lazy support (as you think).
If you still did not got an answer to your mail I sugeest you to send e-mail once again, and if you do not receive an answer in 1 day sned e-mail to
[email protected]
