HI

1. Try to Press and hold the power button until all process is completed
2. if even this not help then press and hold * or 0 key and keep pressed until all completed.
3. try to un-install and re-install SpreadTrum USB drivers.
4. change com port for spd-to-com,, should always be below 10
5. can be hardware problem also,, many users solve this problem by re-balling flash chip.
