Hi, I reinstalled my computer then I download latest maintenance software MAINTENANCE_v1.0.0.843, and I run generate license. Then I download BlackBerry_Smart_TooL_RHUM_v1.0.0.1183, and run the BBERRYST, it gave error, saying "
Applet not found. Update using correct package". My dongle has both pack 4 and pack 5 on it.

Please help!
