put phone in emergency mode
connect usb to pc
open MULTI CDMA TOOL
select model SCH-B159
select modem usb port
go to samsung tab
tick on BOOT or BOOT MODE
press unlock it will ask you to ENTER CHOICE

if you phone is OLD MODEL OLD COLOR HANDSET then type "TYPE 1" Without comma
if you phone is NEW MODEL NEW COLOR HANDSET then type "TYPE 2" Without comma

now wait and once process finish remove cable and battery and test phone with card...
