so many people don't know how to master reset blackberry,,,,
thats why i want share my tested reset:

step 1:you try also like this:

go option:
1/security option
2/general setting
3/content compress (enabled)
4/press menu
5/wipe handheld
6/then mark include third party
7/then writte password (password is "blackberry")
8/continue.

phone will be blank then restrat......done your master reset.
